access to and use of the website zevrawellness.com (the "Site") and any
products, services, or content offered by Zevra Wellness ("Zevra," "we,"
"us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree
to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Zevra. By placing an
order, you confirm that:

- You are legally able to enter into a binding contract
- You are not located in a region where the sale of dietary supplements

- All information you provide is accurate and current

2. PRODUCTS AND HEALTH DISCLAIMER
Zevra sells dietary supplements. Our products are not drugs and are not
intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These
statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
Information on the Site is provided for general educational purposes
only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare
provider. Consult your physician before starting any new supplement,
especially if you:
- Are pregnant, nursing, or planning pregnancy
- Have a diagnosed medical condition

3. ORDERS AND PRICING
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the
right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion,
including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price
shown at checkout is the price you pay. Sales tax is calculated and
added at checkout where applicable.
We make every effort to ensure pricing and product information is
accurate. If a pricing error is identified after an order is placed, we
will contact you with the correct price and either confirm the order at
the corrected price or cancel and refund.

4. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS (SUBSCRIBE & SAVE)
By enrolling in Subscribe & Save, you agree to:
a. Auto-renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the
billing interval you selected (e.g., every 30 days) until you cancel.
Each renewal will charge the payment method on file.
b. Renewal pricing: After any first-order discounts apply, subsequent
orders are charged at the standard subscription rate ($39.99 per
bottle as of the date above), plus applicable taxes. Renewal pricing
may change with at least 7 days' advance email notice.
c. Cancellation: You may cancel anytime through your account at
zevrawellness.com/account or by emailing contact@zevrawellness.com.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your next billing date
will prevent the upcoming charge. Charges already processed cannot
be reversed, but the shipment is still covered under our 30-day
money-back guarantee.
d. Email confirmations: We will send you a renewal reminder before each
recurring charge.
e. Failed payments: If a recurring payment fails, we will retry up to 3
times over 7 days. If all retries fail, your subscription will be
paused until you update your payment method.

5. SHIPPING
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
Standard shipping arrives within 5-7 business days. You are responsible
for providing an accurate shipping address. Zevra is not responsible for
orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect addresses provided by
the customer.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. For lost or
stolen packages, please refer to our Refund Policy.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which
is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By purchasing, you agree
to the Refund Policy in effect at the time of your order.

7. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To manage subscriptions and view order history, you may create an
account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion,
including for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse of
our refund policy.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product
imagery, formulations, copy, and the Zevra and Sugar Shield names — is
the property of Zevra Wellness or its licensors and is protected by U.S.
and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property
laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially
exploit any Site content without our prior written permission.

9. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Site
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation
- Resell our products without express written consent

10. REVIEWS AND USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT
If you submit a product review, photo, comment, or other content
("User Content"), you grant Zevra a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual,
irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content
in connection with our marketing and operations.
You confirm that your User Content is original, truthful, and does not
violate the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove
User Content that we deem inappropriate, false, or in violation of
these Terms.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zevra Wellness, its officers,
employees, suppliers (including Supliful), and affiliates are not
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Site
- Any product purchased through the Site
- Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Site content
- Unauthorized access to your data
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a product or the
Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zevra Wellness and its team
from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable
attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your
misuse of any product.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without
regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from
these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be addressed by good-
faith email to contact@zevrawellness.com. If unresolved within 30
days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered
by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration
Rules, in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
You waive the right to participate in any class-action or class-wide
arbitration. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of
competent jurisdiction for intellectual property infringement.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be
announced on the Site and, where appropriate, by email to active
subscribers at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the
Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated
